It Doesn’t Have to be Inscribed to be an Armenian Rug

 

 

The growing fascination with Armenian inscribed rugs has sparked a new interest in similar uninscribed rugs, which often appear to have been woven in the same village or perhaps even by the same weaver. Here is an example.
