We begin with breakfast, followed by a business meeting and election, then lunch-for members only. Afternoon activities include a speech by Susan Lind-Sinanian, co-director of the Armenian Library and Museum of America (ALMA) speaking on Armenian textiles and needlework and on the history and goals of ALMA. As the ARS and ALMA are planning to cooperate on some events in the future, this talk should be particularly interesting. There will also be more speakers, an auction, a discussion of our future hopes for the Society, and, if time permits, Show and Tell. After these events, a bus will take all attendees to and from San Francisco for the gala dinner at Neptune’s Palace restaurant on Pier 39. (Be sure to indicate your choice of entrée on the registration form.) There will be a no-host bar at the dinner.
